SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, light rain has been isolated in Taninthayi Region. Weather has been partly cloudy in Sagaing Region and Kachin, Northern Shan, Rakhine, Mon States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (3°C) below December average temperature in Kayah State and (2°C) below December average temperatures in Bago, Yangon Regions and about December average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (4°C) in Heho, (5°C) in Pinlaung, (6°C) each in Namsam and Mindat and (7°C) each in Loilin, Hakha, Pyinoolwin and Mogoke.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is generally fair over the North Bay and a few cloud to partly cloudy over  the Andaman sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 14th December, 2020: Light rain are likely to be isolated in Upper Sagaing, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin State. Degree of certainty is (60%). Weather will be partly cloudy in Chin, Mon States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Seas will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3-6) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of isolated light rain in Taninthayi Region.
