SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, weather has been partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing, Yangon, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin, (Northern and Eastern)Shan, Chin States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (3°C) below December average temperature in Rakhine State and (2°C) below December average temperatures in Mandalay, Yangon, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and (Northern and Southern)Shan, Chin, Kayah, Kayin States and about December average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were ( 1°C) in Hakha, (3°C) in Heho, (5°C) each in Pinlaung, Mindat, Ramthlo and Pyinoolwin and (6°C) each in Kyaukmae, Loilin, Tiddim and Mogoke.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the South Bay and a few cloud over the Andaman sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 11th December, 2020: Weather will be partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin, Shan States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Seas will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3-6) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of slight decrease of night temperatures in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady Regions and Shan, Chin States.
