SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, light rain has been isolated in Kachin State. Weather has been partly cloudy in Naypyitaw, Upper Sagaing, Mandalay, Bago, Yangon, Taninthayi Regions and Shan, Chin, Rakhine States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (3°C) below December average temperature in Chin State and (2°C) below December average temperatures in Taninthayi Region and Northern Shan, (2°C) above December average temperatures in Ayeyarwady Region and Kachin State and about December average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (0°C) in Hakha, (4°C) in Heho, (5°C) in Mindat and (6°C) each in Kyaukmae, Namsam, Pinlaung, Loilin, Tiddim, Ramthlo and Pyinoolwin.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is generally fair over the North Bay and a few cloud to partly cloudy over the Andaman sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 08th December, 2020: Light rain are likely to be isolated in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin State. Degree of certainty is (60%). Weather will be partly cloudy in Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Shan, Rakhine States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Seas will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4-7) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Generally fair in the whole country.
