SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain have been isolated in Upper Sagaing, Bago, Ayeyarwady Regions and Kachin, Eastern Shan States. Weather has been partly cloudy in Mandalay, Yangon, Taninthayi Regions and (Northern and Southern) Shan, Kayah States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (2°C) below December average temperatures in Taninthayi Region and Chin State and (2°C) above December average temperatures in Sagaing and Bago Regions, (3°C) above December average temperatures in Naypyitaw, Ayeyarwady Region and about December average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (1°C) in Hakha, (5°C) each in Heho and Ramthlo, (6°C) in Mindat and (7°C) each in Pinlaung and Tiddim. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded was (1.14) inches in Hainggyigyun.

BAY INFERENCE: According to the observations at (11:30) hrs M.S.T today, the low pressure area over Ramanathapuram district coast has become unimportance. Weather is a few cloud over the North Bay and partly cloudy over the Andaman sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 07th December, 2020: Weather will be generally fair in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway Regions and Chin, Kayah, Kayin, Mon States and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Seas will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4-8) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of slight decrease of night temperatures in Upper Myanmar areas.
