SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain has been widespread in Eastern Shan State and isolated in Bago, Yangon Regions. Weather has been partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin, (Northern and Southern)Shan, Rakhine, Kayah States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (2°C) below December average temperature in Taninthayi Region and Chin State and (2°C) above December average temperatures in Naypyitaw,  Bago Region and Eastern Shan, Mon States, (3°C) above December average temperature in Ayeyarwady Region and about December average temperature in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (0°C) in Hakha, (3°C) in Heho, (5°C) in Ramthlo and (7°C) each in Namsam, Mindat and Tiddim. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were (0.51) inch in Nyaunglaybin, (0.12) inch in Kengtung and (0.04) inch in Coco Island.

BAY INFERENCE: According to the observations at (13:30) hrs M.S.T today, the Depression over Ramanathapuram district coast remained practically stationary. Weather is cloudy over the Southwest Bay and a few cloud to partly cloudy over the Andaman sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 06th December, 2020: Light rain are likely to be isolated in Upper Sagaing Bago, Yangon,  Ayeyarwady Regions and Kachin, Shan States. Degree of certainty is (60%). Weather will be partly cloudy in Taninthayi Region and Rakhine, Kayah States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States.

 STATE OF THE SEA: Seas will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4-8) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of slight decrease of night temperatures in Bago, Yangon,  Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Kayah, Kayin, Mon States.
