SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain has been  isolated in Bago Region. Weather has been generally fair in Naypyitaw, Magway Region and Kayah, Kayin States and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (2°C) below November average temperatures in Kachin, (Northern and Eastern)Shan and Chin States and (2°C) above November average temperatures in Kayin and Mon States and about November average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (3°C) in Hakha, (8°C) each in Putao, Heho, Mongyang, Mindat, Tiddim and Pyinoolwin and (9°C) each in Kyaukmae, Ramthlo and Mogoke. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded was (0.28)inch in Zaungtu.

BAY INFERENCE: According to the observations at (13:30)hrs M.S.T today, the Severe Cyclonic Storm (NIVAR) over the Southwest Bay of Bengal is centered at about (130) Nautical miles East-Southeast of Cuddalore, about (130) Nautical miles East-Southeast of Puducherry and about (165) Nautical miles South-Southeast of Chenn‌ai (India).Weather is cloudy over the Southwest Bay and Westcentral Bay of Bengal and partly cloudy over the Andaman sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 26th November, 2020: Light rain or thundershowers are likely to be isolated in Upper Sagaing, Taninthayi Regions and Chin State. Degree of certainty is (60%). Weather will be generally fair in Naypyitaw, Northern Shan, Kayah and Kayin States and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4-7) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of slight increase of night temperatures in Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarway, Taninthayi Regions and Kayin, Mon States.
