BAY INFERENCE: According to the observations at (03:30) hrs M.S.T today, the Cyclonic Storm (NIVAR) over the Southwest Bay of Bengal has moved West wards and and intensified into a Severe Cyclonic Storm (NIVAR).It is centered at about (170) Nautical miles East-Southeast of Cuddalore, about (175) Nautical miles Southeast of Puducherry and about (205) Nautical miles South-Southeast of Chennai (India).Weather is cloudy over the Southwest Bay and Westcentral Bay and partly cloudy over the Andaman sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 25th November, 2020: Weather will be generally fair in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing, Mandalay and Magway Regions, Shan and Kayah States and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.
STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4-7) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of slight decrease of night temperatures in Sagaing Region, Kachin and Northern Shan States.
