BAY INFERENCE: According to the observations at (17:30) hrs M.S.T today, the Cyclonic Storm (NIVAR) over the Southwest Bay of Bengal has moved Westwards and it is centered at about (200) Nautical miles East-Southeast of Puducherry and about (230) Nautical miles South-Southeast of Chenn‌ai (India).Weather is partly cloudy over the Andaman sea and Eastcentral Bay of Bengal and cloudy elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL NOON OF THE 25th November, 2020: Light rain or thundershowers are likely to be isolated in Sagaing, Mandalay, Taninthayi and Ayeyarwady Regions, Shan (South and East), Chin, Kayah and Kayin States. Degree of certainty is (60%). Weather will be partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4-7) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of slight decrease of night temperatures in Sagaing Region, Kachin and Northern Shan States.
