BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud over the Andaman Sea, North Bay and Eastcentral Bay of Bengal and partly cloudy elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

SPECIAL FEATURE:  According to the observations at (18:30)hrs MST today, the severe tropical storm “Vamco” crossed over Northern Vietnam coast near Dong Hoi has weaken into Land Depression. It is forecast to moved West-Northwestwards and gradually weaken into a Low Pressure Ares over Laos. 

FORECAST VALID UNTIL AFTERNOON OF THE 16th November, 2020: Rain or thundershowers are likely to be isolated in Shan State. Degree of certainty is (60%). Weather will be partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi  Regions and Kachin, Kayah, Kayin, Mon States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3-6) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of light rain or thundershowers in Upper Sagaing, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin, Shan,  Chin States.
