SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain have been widespred in Taninthayi Region. Weather has been generally fair in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway Regions and Kayah State and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (2°C) below November average temperatures in Taninthayi Region and Chin State and (2°C) above November average temperatures in Ayeyarwady Region and Mon State and about November average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (2°C) in Hakha and (9°C) each in Mindat, Ramthlo and Mogoke. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded was (0.67) inches in Kawthaung.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is generally fair over the North Bay and East central Bay and partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 14th November, 2020: Rain or thundershowers are likely to be scattered in Taninthayi Region and isolated in Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady Regions and Kayin, Mon States. Degree of certainty is (60%). Weather will be generally fair in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing, Mandalay and Magway Regions and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3-7) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
