BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy  over the Andaman Sea and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Bay of Bengal.

SPECIAL FEATURE:  According to the observations at (06:30)MST today, the Land Depression over the Vietnam  is  downgraded to the  the low pressure . 

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 11th November, 2020: Rain or thundershowers are likely to be isolated in Taninthayi Region. Degree of certainty is (60%). Weather will be generally fair in Naypyitaw, Mandalay Region and (Southern and Eastern)Shan, Kayah States and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (5-8) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of slight decrease of night temperatures in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin, Shan, Chin States.
