BAY INFERENCE: Weather is cloudy over the Southwest  Bay and partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

SPECIAL FEATURE:  According to the observations at (06:30)MST todays, tropical storm (Etau) over the South China Sea  is central at about (65)nautical miles East of Nha Trang, Vietnam. It is forecast to move westwards and will crossing over Central Vietnam in this evening.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 10th November, 2020: Likelihood of rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Rakhine, Kayin, Mon States. Degree of certainty is (60%). Weather will be partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3-6) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of slight decrease of night temperatures in Upper Sagaing Region, Kachin, Shan, Chin and Kayah States.
