SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain or thundershowers have been scattered in Bago and Ayeyarwady Regions and isolated in Mon State. Weather has been partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (2°C) above November average temperatures in Naypyitaw, Ayeyarwady Region and Mon State and about November average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperature were (6°C) in Hakha, (8°C) in Mogoke and (10°C) in Mindat. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were (0.91) inch in Hainggyigyun, (0.83) inch in Shwekyin, (0.48) inch in Nyauntone, (0.32) inch in Madauk and (0.24) inch each in Nyaunglaybin and Theinzayet.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is generally fair over the North Bay and a few cloud to partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 08th November, 2020: Rain or thundershowers are likely to be isolated in Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady,Taninthayi Regions and Kayin, Mon States. Degree of certainty is (60%). Weather will be partly cloudy in Naypyitaw, Shan, Rakhine and Kayah States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3-6) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of decrease of night temperatures in Shan State.
