BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud over the Central Bay and Southwest Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 05th November, 2020: Rain or thundershowers will be widespread in Upper Sagaing Region and Shan, Chin States, fairly widespread in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing, Mandalay Regions and Kachin State, scattered in Magway, Bago, Yangon Regions and Rakhine, Kayah States and isolated in the remaining Regions and States with isolated heavyfalls in Mandalay Region. Degree of certainty is (80%).

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4-7) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Continuation of likelihood of scattered in Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady Regions and Southern Shan, Kayah States.
