BAY INFERENCE: Weather is cloudy over the Andaman Sea and Northeast Bay and a few cloud to partly cloudy elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 04th November, 2020: Rain or thundershowers will be widespread in  Shan and Chin States, fairly widespread in Upper Sagaing, Mandalay Regions and Kachin State, scattered in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing, Magway, Bago, Yangon Regions and Kayah State and isolated in the remaining Regions and States with isolated heavyfalls in Bago Region. Degree of certainty is (80%).

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4-7) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Continuation of likelihood of scattered to fairly widespread rain or thundershowers in Lower Sagaing and Mandalay Regions.
