SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, weather has been partly cloudy in Kayah and Kayin States. Rain or thundershowers have been isolated in Yangon Region and Rakhine State, scattered in Magway, Bago, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Eastern Shan, Mon States, fairly widespread in Naypyitaw and widespread in the reamaing Regions and States with regionally heavyfalls in Mandalay Region and isolated heavyfalls in Naypyitaw and Mon State. Night temperatures were (2°C) above November average temperatures in Lower Sagaing Region and (Southern and Eastern) Shan, Kayin States, (3°C) above November average temperatures in Upper Sagaing Region and Northern Shan, Mon States, (5°C) above November average temperature in Kachin State and about November average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (12°C) in Mindat and Hakha. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were (3.07) inches in Mudon, (2.48) inches in Pyinmana(Walgyi) , (2.29) inches in Homalin, (2.13) inches in Mogoke, (1.97) inches in Lunkyaw, (1.81) inches in Shwe Gu, (1.69) inches in Myint Nge and (1.61) inches in Pathein.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the North Bay and a few cloud over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 04th November, 2020: Rain or thundershowers will be widespread in Sagaing, Mandalay Regions and Kachin, (Northern and Southern) Shan, Chin States, fairly widespread in Naypyitaw, scattered in Magway, Taninthayi Regions and Eastern Shan State and isolated in the remaining Regions and States with isolated heavyfalls in Lower Sagaing and Mandalay Regions. Degree of certainty is (80%).
STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4-7) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Continuation of likelihood of scattered to fairly widespread rain or thundershowers in Lower Sagaing and Mandalay Regions.
