BAY INFERENCE:  Weather is partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

SPECIAL FEATURE: According to the observation at (06:30)hrs MST today, The Typhoon "Molave" over South China sea is centered at about (70) mile South-Southeast of Quang Ngai, Vietnam. Ti is forecast to move WEstwards and cross to Central Vietnam Coast today afternoon.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 28th October, 2020: Rain or thundershowers will be widespread in Taninthayi Region, Kayin and Mon States, fairly widespread in Naypyitaw, Mandalay, Magway, Bago, Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions, Chin and Rakhine States, scattered in (Northern and Southern) Shan State and isolated in the remaining Regions and States with likelihood of isolated heavy falls in Naypyitaw. Degree of certainty is (80%).

STATE OF THE SEA: Seas will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4-6) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Fairly widespread rain or thundershowers in Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady and Taninthayi Region, Kayin and Mon States.
