BAY INFERENCE:  Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 20th October, 2020: Weather will be partly cloudy in Naypyitaw, Kayah, Kayin and Mon State. Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Lower Sagaing and Mandalay Regions and Northern Shan State, scattered in Magway and Bago Regions, fairly widespread in Taninthayi Region, Kachin and (Southern and Eastern) Shan States and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with likelihood of isolated heavy falls in Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions. Degree of certainty is (80%).

STATE OF THE SEA: Squalls with moderate to rough seas are likely at times off and along Myanmar Coasts. Surface wind speed in squalls may reach (30-35)m.p.h. Wave height will be about (6-9) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of increase of rain in Ayeyarwady Region and Rakhine State.
