BAY INFERENCE:  Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 20th October, 2020: Rain or thundershowers will be widespread in Ayeyarwady and Taninthayi Regions and Rakhine State, fairly widespread in Ayeyarwady Region, Kachin, Eastern Shan and Chin States, scattered in Upper Sagaing, Magway, Yangon and Bago Regions, Southern Shan, Kayin and Mon States and isolated in the remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainty is (80%).

STATE OF THE SEA: Squalls with moderate to rough seas are likely at times off and along Myanmar Coasts. Surface wind speed in squalls may reach (30-35)m.p.h. Wave height will be about (6-9) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of increase of rain in Ayeyarwady Region and Rakhine State.
