BAY INFERENCE:  Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the North Bay and East central Bay of Bengal. Monsoon is weak over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 16th October, 2020: Rain or thundershowers will be widespread in Taninthayi Region, fairly widespread in Magway, Bago regions and Kayin, Mon States, scattered in Naypyitaw, Mandalay, Yangon, Ayeyarwady Regions and (Southern and Eastern) Shan, Rakhine, Kayah States and isolated in the remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainty is (80%).

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (5-8) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of isolated to scattered rain or thundershowers in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway Regions and Shan, Chin, Rakhine, Kayah States.
