BAY INFERENCE: Monsoon is weak over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL NOON OF THE 08th September, 2020: Rain or thundershowers will be scattered in Naypyitaw, Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway Regions and Chin, Rakhine, Kayah States, fairly widespread in Southern Shan State and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with isolated heavyfalls in Kayin, Mon States. Degree of certainty is (100%).

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4-7) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of increase of rain in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin State.
