BAY INFERENCE: Monsoon is weak over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL NOON OF THE 05th September, 2020: Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Sagaing Region and (Northern and Eastern)Shan State, scattered in Naypyitaw, Mandalay, Magway, Ayeyarwady Regions and Chin, Rakhine, Kayah States and fairly widespread in the remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainty is (100%).

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4-6) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of increase of rain in Upper Sagaing Region, Kachin and Shan States.
