BAY INFERENCE: Monsoon is weak over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL NOON OF THE 30th August, 2020: Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Magway Region and Kayah State, scattered in Naypyitaw, Sagaing, Mandalay, Yangon, Ayeyarwady Regions and Chin State, fairly widespread in Bago Region and (Eastern and Southern) Shan, Rakhine, Kayin States and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with isolated heavyfalls in Mandalay Region and Kachin State. Degree of certainty is (100%).

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4-7) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Weak monsoon.
