BAY INFERENCE: Monsoon is weak to moderate over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL AFTERNOON OF THE 15thJuly, 2020: Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Lower Sagaing, Mandalay and Magway Regions, scattered in Northern Shan State, fairly widespread in Naypyitaw, Eastern Shan and Kayah States and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with likelihood of isolated heavyfalls in Upper Sagaing Region, Kachin and Mon States. Degree of certainty is (80%).

STATE OF THE SEA: Squalls with moderate to rough seas are likely at times off and along Myanmar Coasts. Surface wind speed in squalls may reach (30-35)m.p.h. Wave height will be about (6 -9) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Weak to moderate monsoon.
