BAY INFERENCE: Monsoon is weak  over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 9thJuly, 2020: Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing, Mandalay and Magway Regions, scattered in Taninthayi Region and Nothern Shan, Kayin and Mon States, fairly widespread in Upper Sagaing, Bago, Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions, Kayah State and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with likelihood of isolated heavyfalls in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin State. Degree of certainty is (80%).

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (5-8) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Weak monsoon.
