BAY INFERENCE: Monsoon is weak over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 8thJuly, 2020: Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing and Mandalay Regions, scattered in Magway Region and Northern Shan State, fairly widespread in Upper Sagaing and Bago Regions, Chin, Kayah, Kayin and Mon States and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with likelihood of isolated heavy falls in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin State. Degree of certainty is (80%).

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (5-8) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of increase of rain in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin State.

FORECAST FOR NAYPYITAW AND NEIGHBOURING  AREA FOR  8th July, 2020:   Isolated rain or thundershowers. Degree of certainty is (100%).
