BAY INFERENCE: According to the observations at (18:30)hrs M.S.T today, a low pressure area over the South Andaman Sea and adjoining Southeast Bay of Bengal still persists. It may further intensify into a depression during next 96 hours and it is likely to move North- Northwest wards..Weather is cloudy over the Andaman Sea and South Bay and a few cloud to partly cloudy elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL NOON OF THE 02nd May, 2020: Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Magway Region and Rakhine State, scattered in Naypyitaw, Sagaing and Mandalay Regions, Kachin State and fairly widespread in Bago and Ayeyarwady Regions and Shan, Chin and Mon States and widespread in the remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainty is (100%).
STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (6-8) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Continuation of scattered to fairly widespread rain or thundershowers in Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady and Taninthayi Regions, Kayah, Kayin and Mon States.
