SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24)hours, rain or thundershowers has been isolated in Taninthayi Region. Weather has been generally fair in Naypyitaw, Magway and Ayeyarwady Regions and Kayin State and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Day temperatures were (3°C) above April average temperatures in Taninthayi Region and Kachin State and (2°C) above April average temperatures in Naypyitaw, Upper Sagaing Region, Eastern Shan, Kayin and Mon States and about April average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant day temperatures were (44°C) in Chauk, (42°C)each in Minbu, Magway, Aunglan, Taungdwingyi and Bawlakhae and (41°C)each in Myinmu, Myingyan, Yamethin, Sinbyugyun and Zaung Tu. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded was (2.08)inches in Myeik.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud over the North Bay and partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 8th April, 2020: Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Upper Sagaing and Taninthayi Regions and Kachin State. Degree of certainty is (80%). Weather will be partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4-7) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of isolated rain or thundershowers in Sagaing, Mandalay and Taninthayi Regions, Kachin, Shan, Chin and Rakhine States.
