BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud over the North and  Eastcentral Bay and partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 23rd February, 2020: Light rain are likely to be isolated in Upper Sagaing and Taninthayi Regions, Kachin and Northern Shan States. Degree of certainty is (60%). Weather will be partly cloudy in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing and Mandalay Regions, (Southern and Eastern)Shan, Chin and Kayah States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (5-8) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of isolated rain in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin State.
