SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24)hours, weather has been partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing and Taninthayi Regions and Kachin State and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (3°C) to (4°C) below February average temperatures in Lower Sagaing and Magway Regions, Eastern Shan and Chin States, (2°C) below February average temperatures in Naypyitaw, Mandalay Region, Kachin and Kayah States, (2°C) above February average temperature in Bago Region, (5°C) above February average temperature in Yangon Region and about February average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (-2°C) in Hakha, (3°C) in Heho, (4°C) in Namsam, (5°C)each in Pinlaung and Mogoke and (6°C)each in Kyaukmae, Loilin, Mongyang, Mindat, Tiddim, Ramthlo and Pyinoolwin.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few to partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and South Bay and generally fair elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 14th February, 2020: Weather will be partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing and Taninthayi Regions and Kachin State and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4-7) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of isolated light rain in Kachin State.
