SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24)hours, weather has been partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing, Magway, Yangon and Taninthayi Regions, Kachin, Shan (North and South) and Chin States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (7°C) below December average temperature in Eastern Shan State, (3°C) to (4°C) below December average temperatures in Yangon and Taninthayi Regions, Northern Shan, Kayah and Kayin States, (2°C) below December average temperatures in Mandalay, Bago and Ayeyarwady Regions, Kachin, Southern Shan and Mon States and about December average temperature in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (3°C) each in Namsam, Heho and Hakha, (4°C) each in Pinlaung and Kengtung, (5°C) each in Loilin, Mindat and Mogoke and (6°C) each in Lashio, Kyaukmae, Mongyang, Tiddim, Ramthlo and Pyinoolwin.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and South Bay and a few cloud elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 14th December, 2019: Weather will be partly cloudy in Sagaing, Magway and Taninthayi Regions, Kachin, Shan and Chin States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters.  Wave height will be about (5-8) feet in Deltaic, Gulf of Mottama, off and along Mon-Taninthayi Coasts and about (3-5) feet off and along Rakhine Coast.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of slight increase of night temperatures in Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady and Taninthayi Regions, Kayin and Mon States.
