SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24)hours, rain has been isolated in Upper Sagaing, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady and Taninthayi Regions, Shan (North and East)State. Weather has been generally fair in Kayin and Mon States and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (3°C) below December average temperature in Taninthayi Region and (2°C) above December average temperatures in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing, Bago and Ayeyarwady Regions, Mon State and about December average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (0°C) in Hakha, (6°C) in Ramthlo, (7°C) each in Heho and Tiddim and (8°C) each in Putao, Namsam, Pinlaung, Loilin, Mindat and Tongzan. The noteworthy amount of rainfalls recorded were Kawthaung (0.59)inch, Tharrawady (0.27)inch, Kunlong (0.20)inch, Hinthada (0.12)inch and Mongyang (0.08)inch.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea, South Bay and East central Bay and generally fair elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 05th December, 2019: Rain will be isolated in Naypyitaw, Mandalay, Bago, Ayeyarwady and Taninthayi Regions and Shan State. Degree of certainty is (80%). Weather will be partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4 – 7) feet in Deltaic, Gulf of Mottama, off and along Mon-Taninthayi Coasts and about (3 – 5) feet off and along Rakhine Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of slight decrease of night temperatures in Upper Sagaing Region, Kachin, Shan, Kayah, Kayin and Mon States.
