SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24)hours, light rain have been isolated in Taninthayi Region. Weather has been partly cloudy in Sagaing, Mandaly and Magway Regions, Kachin, Shan, Chin and Rakhine States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (2°C) below December average temperature in Mon State, (3°C) above December average temperature in Lower Sagaing Region and (2°C) above December average temperatures in Naypyitaw, Upper Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway, Bago and Ayeyarwady Regions, Kachin and Kayin States and about December average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (0°C) in Hakha, (7°C) in Heho, (8°C) each in Namsam, Pinlaung, Mindat and Mogoke and (9°C) each in Loilin, Kengtung, Mongyang, Tiddim and Ramthlo.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is ‌a few cloud over the East central Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 02nd December, 2019: Light rain are likely to be isolated in Upper Sagaing and Taninthayi Regions, Kachin, Chin and Rakhine States. Degree of certainty is (60%). Weather will be partly cloudy in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing, Mandalay and Magway Regions, Shan State and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4 –7) feet in Deltaic, Gulf of Mottama, off and along Mon-Taninthayi Coasts and about (3 – 5) feet off and along Rakhine Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of isolated light rain in Upper Sagaing Region, Kachin, Shan and Chin States.
