SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, light rain or thundershowers have been isolated in Kachin State, weather has been partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing, Bago, Yangon,  Ayeyarwady and Taninthayi Regions, Northern Shan and Chin States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (3°C) to (4°C) below November average temperatures in (Northern and Eastern)Shan and Kayah States and about November average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (3°C) in Hakha, (8°C) each in Namsam, Pinlaung, Heho, Mindat and Ramthlo and (9°C) in Mongyang. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded was Putao (0.04)inch.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is generally fair over the North Bay and a few cloud to partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 20th November, 2019: Light rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Taninthayi Region and Kachin State. Degree of certainty is (80%). Weather will be partly cloudy in Upper Saging, Bago, Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions, Northern Shan State and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States.  

 STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (2–4) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Decrease of night temperatures in Kachin, Shan, Chin and Kayah States.
