SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain or thundershowers have been isolated in Bago and Taninthayi Regions, Kachin State, weather has been partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway, Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions, Shan, Chin, Rakhine and Mon States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (2°C) below November average temperatures in Taninthayi Region and Northern Shan State, (2°C) above November average temperatures in Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Bago and Ayeyarwady Regions, Southern Shan, Rakhine and Mon States, (3°C) above November average temperatures in Magway Region and Kachin State and about November average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (6°C) in Hakha, (09°C) in Moekok and (10°C) each in Mindat and Tiddim. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were Kawthaung (0.16)inch and Machanbaw (0.08)inch.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud to partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 17th November, 2019: Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Taninthayi Region and Kachin State. Degree of certainty is (80%). Weather will be partly cloudy Naypyitaw, Upper Sagaing, Bago, Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions, Shan, Chin, Rakhine and Kayah States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States.
STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3–5) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Continuation of likelihood of light rain or thundershowers in Kachin State.
