SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain or thundershowers have been widespread in Yangon Region, fairly widespread in Ayeyarwady and Taninthayi Regions, scattered in Bago Region and isolated in Kayah, Kayin and Mon States and weather has been partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (2°C) above November average temperatures in Mandalay and Magway Regions, Southern Shan, Rakhine, Kayin and Mon States, (3°C) above November average temperatures in Bago Region and Kachin State and about November average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (9°C) in Hakha, (10°C) each in Mindat, Tiddim and Ramthlo. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were Yay (1.89)inches, Dawei (1.21)inches, Nyaungtone (1.08)inches, Khayan and Kungyangon (1.02) inches each, Central Yangon (0.71)inch, Hlegu and Phyarpon (0.59)inch each, Yangon(Kaba-Aye) and Maubin (0.48) inch each.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is generally fair over the North Bay and partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 15th November, 2019: Rain or thundershowers will be fairly widespread in Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions, scattered in Bago and Taninthayi Regions and isolated in Rakhine, Kayah, Kayin and Mon States. Degree of certainty is (80%). Weather will be partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.   

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (5–7) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of slight decrease of night temperatures in Eastern Myanmar areas.
