BAY INFERENCE: Weather is generally fair over the North Bay and partly cloudy over the Andaman sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL AFTERNOON OF THE 14th November, 2019: Rain or thundershowers are likely to be scattered in  Ayeyarwady region and isolated in Bago, Yangon and Taninthayi Regions and Kayin and Mon States. Degree of certainty is (60%). Weather will be partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.   

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (5–7) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of slight decrease of night temperatures in Upper Myanmar area.
