BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud to partly cloudy over the Andaman and Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 13rd November, 2019: Rain or thundershowers will be scattered in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin and Chin States, isolated in Lower Sagaing, Mandalay and Taninthayi Regions, Northern Shan, Rakhine, Kayin and Mon States. Degree of certainty is (80%). Weather will be partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.   

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (5–7) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Taninthayi Region.
