SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24)hours, rain or thundershowers have been widespread in Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions, Eastern Shan State, fairly widespread in Bago and Taninthayi Regions, scattered in Mandalay Region and Southern Shan State, isolated in  Naypyitaw, Magway Region, Chin, Rakhine and Mon States and weather has been partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States with isolated heavyfalls in Mandalay and Yangon Regions. Night temperatures were (4°C) below November average temperature in Mandalay Region, (2°C) above November average temperatures in Lower Sagaing and Bago Regions, Eastern Shan, Rakhine and Mon States, (3°C) above November average temperatures in Magway Region, Southern Shan and Kayah States and about November average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (10°C) each in Hakha, Tiddim and Mogoke, (11°C)  in Mindat and (13°C) in Ramthlo. The noteworthy amount of rainfall  recorded were Pyawbwe(Agro)(3.54)inches, Kungyangon (3.11)inches, Khayan (2.72)inches, Central Yangon (2.05)inches, Pathein (1.89)inches, Phyarpon (1.85)inches, Yangon(Kaba-aye) (1.27)inches and Yay (1.18)inches.

BAY INFERENCE: According to the observations at (13:30)hrs M.S.T today, the Cyclonic Storm "BULBUL" over the Eastcentral Bay of Bengal moved Northwards. It is centered at about (365) nautical miles South-Southeast of Paradip (Odisha), India, (430) nautical miles South-Southwest of Khepupara (Bangladesh), (340) nautical miles Southwest of Pathein (Myanmar) and (350) nautical miles Southwest of Gwa (Myanmar).Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 8th November, 2019: Rain or thundershowers will be widespread in Yangon Region, fairly widespread in Magway, Bago, Ayeyarwady and Taninthayi Regions, Rakhine State, scattered in Naypyitaw, Mandalay Region, Shan(South and East), Chin, Kayah, Kayin and Mon States and isolated  in the remaining Regions and States with isolated heavyfalls in Magway, Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions, Rakhine State. Degree of certainty is (80%).  

STATE OF THE SEA: Occasional squalls with rough seas will be experienced off and along Myanmar Coasts. Surface wind speed in squalls may reach (40)m.p.h. Wave height will be about (8-12) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Continuation of increase of rain in Magway, Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions, Chin and Rakhine States.
