SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24)hours, rain or thundershowers have been scattered in Ayeyarwady Region and Southern Shan State and isolated in Naypyitaw, Magway, Bago and Yangon Regions, Kachin State and weather has been partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (4°C) below November average temperatures in Eastern Shan State, (2°C) below November average temperature in Taninthayi Region, (2°C) above November average temperature in Upper Sagaing, Mandalay and Magway Regions, Southern Shan State and about November average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (8°C) in Hakha and (10°C) in Mongyang. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were Myaungmya (0.75)inch, Naypyitaw(Zayarthiri) (0.63) inch, Phyu (0.55)inch, Taungdwingyi (0.47)inch and Taunggyi (0.35)inch.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud over the North Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
SPECIAL FEATURES: According to the observations at (13:30)M.S.T today, the low pressure area over Cambodia and Thailand has reached into Gulf of Thailand and weaken into a wave.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 2nd November, 2019: Rain or thundershowers will be scattered in Taninthayi and Ayeyarwady Regions, Southern Shan, Kayah, Kayin and Mon States and isolated in Naypyitaw, Bago and Yangon Regions, Kachin and Eastern Shan States. Degree of certainty is (80%). Weather will be partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.
STATE OF THE SEA: Squalls with moderate to rough seas are likely attimes Deltaic, Gulf of Mottama, off and along Mon-Taninthayi Coasts. Surface wind speed in squalls may reach (35)m.p.h. Sea will be moderate elsewhere in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (6-9) feet in Deltaic, Gulf of Motamma, off and along Mon-Taninthayi Coasts and about (4-6) feet off and along Rakhine Coast.
OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of fairly widespread rain or thundershowers in Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady and Taninthayi Regions, Kayah, Kayin and Mon States.
