BAY INFERENCE: According to the observations at (06:30)hrs M.S.T today, the low pressure area over Westcentral Bay and  adjoining Southwest Bay of Bengal still persists. It may further intensify into a depression during next (36) hours. Weather is cloudy over the South and West Central Bay and partly cloudy  over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 23rd October, 2019: Rain or thundershowers will be scattered in Upper Sagaing and Taninthayi Regions, Kachin State, isolated in Lower sagaing and Mandalay Regions, (Northern and Eastern) Shan and Chin States. Degree of certainty is (80%).Weather will be partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4–6) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of scattered rain or thundershowers in Sagaing and Mandalay Regions, Kachin and Shan States.
