BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud over the North Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 17th October, 2019: Weather will be partly cloudy in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing and Magway Regions, Kayah, Kayin and Mon States, rain or thundershowers will be fairly widespread in Upper Sagaing Region, Kachin and Chin States, scattered in Taninthayi Region and Northern Shan State and isolated in the remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainty is (80%).

 STATE OF THE SEA:  Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3–6) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of isolated rain or thundershowers in Mandalay Region, Shan and Rakhine States.
