BAY INFERENCE: Weather is cloudy over the South and West Central Bay and partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 17th October, 2019: Weather will be partly cloudy in Kayah, Kayin and Mon States, rain or thundershowers will be fairly widespread in Upper Sagaing Region, Kachin and Chin States, scattered in Taninthayi Region and Northern Shan State and isolated in the remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainty is (80%).

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3–6) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of isolated rain or thundershowers in Mandalay Region, Shan and Rakhine States.
