BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud over the North Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL AFTERNOON OF THE 15th October, 2019: Weather will be partly cloudy in Kachin State, rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Sagaing and Magway Regions and Chin State and scattered in  Naypyitaw, Mandalay, Tanintayi Regions ,Rakhine, Kayah , Kayin  and Mon States and Fairly widespread in the remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainty is (80%).

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3–6) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of continuation of isolated to scattered rain or thundershowers in Lower Sagaing, Mandalay and Magway Regions, Shan and Chin States.
