SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24)hours, weather has been partly cloudy in Kachin, (Northern and Eastern)Shan, Rakhine, Kayah and Kayin States, rain or thundershowers have been scattered in Mandalay Region, Southern Shan and Chin States and isolated in the remaining Regions and States. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were Bago (1.21)inches, Pinlaung (1.10)inches, Mingin (0.83)inch, Pyinoolwin (0.75)inch, Yay (0.59)inch and Ramthlo (0.51)inch.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and South Bay and a few cloud elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 14th October, 2019: Weather will be partly cloudy in Sagaing Region, Kachin, Northern Shan, Chin and Rakhine States, rain or thundershowers will be scattered in (Southern and Eastern)Shan and Kayah States and isolated in the remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainty is (80%).

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3–6) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
