BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud over the West Central Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 8th October, 2019: Rain or thundershowers will be widespread in Upper Sagaing and Taninthayi Regions and Kachin State, fairly widespread in Chin and Rakhine States, scattered in Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions, (Northern and Southern) Shan and Mon States and isolated in the remaining Regions and States with isolated heavyfall in Lower Sagaing Region. Degree of certainty is (80%).

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3–6) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Continuation of scattered to fairly widespread rain or thundershowers in Upper Sagaing and Taninthayi Regions, Kachin and Chin States.
