BAY INFERENCE: Monsoon is weak over the Andaman Sea and South Bay and weather is partly cloudy to cloudy elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL NOON OF THE 27th September, 2019: Rain or thundershowers will be widespread in Southern shan, Chin and Kayah states, fairly widespread in Naypyitaw and Eastern Shan State, scattered in Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway, Bago, Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions, Kachin, Northern Shan and Rakhine States and isolated in the remaining Regions and States with regionally heavyfall in Naypyitaw. Degree of certainty is (80%).

 STATE OF THE SEA:  Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3–6) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of withdrawal of Southwest monsoon from Southern Myanmar areas.
