SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, weather has been partly cloudy in Magway Region,rain or thundershowers have been Isolated in Lower sagaing and Mandalay Regions, Chin, Rakhineand Kayah States, Scattered in Upper Sagaing, Bago, Yangon and AyeyarwadyRegions and Kayin State, fairly widespread in (Southern and Eastern)Shan and Mon States,widespread in the remaining Regions and States with isolated heavyfalls in Naypyitaw, Kachin and Mon States.The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were Machanbaw (4.17)inches, Theinzayet (3.03)inches, Namsam(2.63)inches,Shwekyin(2.40)inches, Kya-In-Seikkyi(2.32)inches, Putao(2.09)inches, Pyinmana(walgyi) (1.77)inches, Kawkareik (1.38)inches and Thandaunggyi(1.02)inches.
BAY INFERENCE:Monsoon is moderate over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.
