BAY INFERENCE: Monsoon is moderate over the Andaman Sea and Southeast Bay and weather is partly cloudy to cloudy elsewhere in the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 31^st May, 2019:  Rain or thundershowers will be widespread in Bago, Yangon and Taninthayi Regions, (Southern and Eastern)Shan, Kayah, Kayin and Mon States, fairly widespread in Ayeyarwady Region, scattered in Naypyitaw, Upper Sagaing, Mandalay and Magway Regions, Rakhine State and isolated in the remaining Regions and States with isolated heavy falls in Bago Region, Kayin and Mon States. Degree of certainty is (80%).

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4 - 6) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS:  Likelihood of advancement of Southwest Monsoon into the Deltaic areas.

FORECAST FOR NAYPYITAW AND NEIGHBOURING AREA FOR 31^st May, 2019:  Isolated rain or thundershowers. Degree of certainty is (80%).

FORECAST FOR YANGON AND NEIGHBOURING AREA FOR 31^st May, 2019:     One or two rain or thundershowers. Degree of certainty is (100%).
