BAY INFERENCE: According to the observations at (18:30)hrs M.S.T today, the depression over the Equatorial Indian Ocean and adjoining Southeast Bay of Bengal centered at about (600)miles East- Southeast of Trincomalee(Siri Lanka), (810)miles Southeast of Chennai(India). It is forecast to move Northwest wards. Weather is cloudy over the South Bay and a few cloud to partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere in the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL AFTERNOON OF THE 27th April, 2019: Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Upper Sagaing, Mandalay and Taninthayi Regions,  Kachin and Shan State. Degree of certainty is (80%). Weather will be partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4 - 6) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of isolated to scattered rain or thundershowers in Upper Sagaing and Taninthayi Regions, Kachin, Kayin and Mon States.
